Prior to the position of Executive Chairman of HAZ, Graham Leslie worked as Chairman and CEO in the Aga Khan Development Network for several years. Mr. Leslie was on the Board of AKFED, Chairman of Tourism Promotion Services, Director of 7 AKFED Public Companies including Chief Executive of Serena Hotels worldwide. Mr. Leslie has also previously held positions as CEO Conrad Hotels, CMO Hilton Worldwide, CMO Exclusive Hotels, EVP Kempinski and was the the lead Director for Tourism Master Plans for; Kenya, Mozambique, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Syria, Pakistan, Egypt, Iran, Oman as well as tourism, heritage, culture, agriculture, health and education development programmes covering Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar.
