Description

David Kafulila is the Commissioner of Public-Private Partnerships in Tanzania mainland under the Ministry of Finance and Planning. The Tanzanian PPP Commission promotes the participation of the private sector in bringing socio-economic development through investments. Among others, the Commission is responsible for incorporating strategies and plans for various productive and social sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and energy. Before the current position, Kafulila served the position of Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) for Songwe region, Tanzania from 2018-2020. He served as Regional Commissioner for Simiyu region, Tanzania from 2021-2022. He is renowned as a business and economic analyst. Kafulila holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Corporate Management).
