Description

Céline ROBERT is the Country Director of the French Development Agency (AFD) in Tanzania since August 2022. With a of portfolio of more than 1 bn€ in the country, the AFD Group provides loans to public authorities and the private sector to support GOT’s priorities and a sustainable, inclusive and resilient development model. Previously, Céline ROBERT was positioned at the AFD Water and Sanitation Division in Paris, which she headed from 2019 to 2022. At the beginning of its carriers, she spent time in the field working on infrastructures projects for AFD Country office in Ghana or as a consultant in Cambodia. She hold a Sciences Po Rennes diploma and a Masters degree in management of urban services.
